		<description>It&#039;s not a matter of how intelligent one is; rather, just a matter of how much time one wants to devote to learning it. For the Chinese, obviously, it&#039;s the easiest and most efficient way to order a dictionary for a language written such as theirs.&lt;br/&gt;Since all Taiwanese children learn to write using the same 11 basic strokes (combinations of said strokes create every character in the Chinese language), it&#039;s quite easy for them to look at the character, count the number of the strokes, identify radicals, and look it up in the dictionary. I haven&#039;t quite gotten that far, yet.</description>
